Fully Welded Security Roll Cages
These distribution roll cages are widely used within the Laundry and retail sector where a heavy duty cage that can take constant and rugged work without braking down.
Manufactured using only heavy walled tube with a weld-mesh reinforced deck .
With potential impact while unloading from trucks damage can be caused to the housing and internal directional bearings. To counteract this potential damage we fit heavy duty housings that can take up to 500kg force per housing.
The housings are fitted with 125m Blue elastic wheels having a load capacity of 150kg each. Alternative castors can be fitted on request.
We can also supply the cages fitted with standard medium capacity castors 4 x swivel steel centre with black rubber tyre, ideal for use under normal conditions.

The cage is manufactured from box section steel, the framework is in-filled with 50mm x 50mm Heavy gauge weld-mesh and is available in 2 sizes both having a capacity of 500kg.
An Option lockable hinged lid for security can be added during manufacturing add "L" onto the end of the code.
Powder costed blue the cage has a handle on one end as shown.
The cage is fitted with 2 swivel and 2 fixed 200 mm castors with rubber tyres as standard. Other combinations of castor configurations are also available as optional including braked castors.
