1. Manual adjustment of the table legs whereby the adjustment is selected using the telescopic legs and then bolted when the desired height is reached
2. Crank handle adjustment  made by turning the retractable crank until the opium height is achieved,
3. Electric height adjustment operated by pushvbutton for up or down table adjustment
