Frame heights available up to 9 meters having depths of 900mm or 1100mm

Beam lengths from 950mm - 3900mm all beams supplied with safety pins which are designed to prevent vertical impact from accidental prising of beams out of their slots. As safety pins are important safety elements, each beam is supplied with two,one for each end of the connection (see image)

Beam capacities 2 ton - 4 ton depending on frame size & beam levels

Frames are Powder coated Blue while Beams powder coated orange

Some beam profiles are are available to support different types of shelves which enable various requirements to be met.

The most commonly used are: Galvanised panels, solid metallic panels, perforated panels, chipboard shelves and mesh shelves all can be supported on the racking by various beam profiles.

The fitting of these panels allow the lower levels of the racking to be used for the storage of non palletised products where picking less than pallet quantities may be required.

Where chipboard shelves are used deck supports may be required depending on the loading. Please check all required loadings before selecting various panel types.

Other Pallet accessories which may be considered include:

Protective mesh (see image) where there is a danger of loads falling from the rear of the pallet racking down upon personnel operating in the area.

Frame protectors to protect uprights from impact in facilities where forklift trucks operate these include upright and corner frame protection.
