This plastic shelving system can be ordered to fit any cold room or storage area .

The shortest length available is 40 cm and the longest length in one piece is 400 cm. All lengths in between are available. Depth of  shelves start at 30 cm  up to 100 cm in 10 cm steps.

For hygiene purposes the standard amount of space required underneath the lower shelf is 12 cm. The option which is generally chosen is 20 cm space underneath, because this offers more access for cleaning. The space underneath can be increased in steps of 5 cm.

The same applies to the space between the shelves. The smallest amount of space between each shelf level  is 15 cm. and can be increased in increments of  5 cm .

The load bearing capacity is 200 kg per running meter of shelf. The temperature resistance is -40° C tot +80°C when cleaning. The rack can be installed easily and quickly and can be assembled by one person, without tools or technical knowledge.  These racks are also available with wheels.

When the shelving is required to span between shelf racks eg. In a storage area with shelving running along two walls which requires a span to connect them together, a short rack has to be placed between the two shelving racks.

Hanging shelves of 100 cm and shorter offer a solution.  The shelves are hung between the 2 racks using plastic shelf brackets. Because there are no posts, no space is lost, and the corners are as accessible as possible. (see image)

This Plastic system is manufactured from high-grade synthetic material, which is suitable for high care heavy-duty applications with temperature capabilities of between -40°C to +80°C. The plastic used does not corrode, is cadmium-free, rust and damp-resistant and totally approved suitable for food use. The material has a smooth surface, which is very easy to clean. All the above characteristics ensure an exceptional performance with a long life span.
