There are two versions of these low profile lift table, both of which allow lifting of a pallet using only a standard pallet truck without the need for the scissor table platform to be at floor level.

The "U" shape type allows a Euro pallet to be placed on the platform by jacking up a pallet using a standard pallet truck, manoeuvring the pallet truck within the "U" section of the scissor table, releasing the pallet to rest on the platform  then withdrawing the pallet truck. The pallet can then be raised to the required level. The opposite procedure is carried out to remove a pallet from the scissor table.

The ramp type is used when lifting a non Euro pallet as the cross slates under the pallet would prevent the pallet truck from being withdrawn using the "U" shape type. In this case the pallet truck with the pallet attached is pushed up the access ramp and released onto the scissor platform. The pallet truck is then withdrawn down the ramp allowing the scissor table to raise the pallet to the required level.

The single scissor table is the most common type of lift table used for a wide variety of operations. This type of solution provides the operator with a permanently correct and convenient working position. Tables can be fitted with an automatic lifting / lowering operating control.

Single scissor tables can vary in capacity from 500kg up to 6000kg and platform size from 900mm x 650mm up to 3100 x 1500mm tables also travel up to 2000mm high in the standard  range. However for special applications capacity, platform size and travel can be variable depending on the required application. The electro-hydraulic pump is normally  3 phase electric supply however a 220v version is available for some models.

This double static scissor table operates in a similar manner to the single table however travel height can reach 3400mm depending on the platform size. When mounted in a pit it can be used for loading and unloading roll containers or tall tray trolleys by the operator from the floor level. Tables can be fitted with an automatic lifting / lowering operating control.

Tables can vary in capacity from 500kg up to 3000kg and platform size from 900mm x 650mm up to 2500 x 1300mm tables and travel up to 3000mm high in the standard range. The electro-hydraulic pump is   3 phase.

The double horizontal static scissor table is used where long loads requiring a large lifting capacity is required. the maximum lifting height on this range of tables is 1600mm. When mounted in a pit it can be used for loading and unloading or working on long items where the work position needs to alter with the pit also allowing the table to be loaded at floor level. Tables can be fitted with an automatic lifting / lowering operating control.

Stainless Steel scissor table are available in all the above models The platform ,base and scissors and manufactured from  AISI 304 stainless steel ,a nickel chromium quality steel with an excellent high corrosion resistance properties. Exceptionally well suited to the food and pharmaceutical industries.

These tables are often used in wet environments or as a consequence of the manufacturing processes,or due to strict cleaning procedures.

When used in these conditions we recommend that the power unit is placed in a remote protected area away for the scissor.
