Powered Stackers
Electric powered stackers are recommended where the height of the lift exceeds 1600kg or where the frequency of the operations or the distance from the lifting area to the placement area is excessive and therefore would render the manual or semi electric stacker inefficient.
These stackers are capable of lifting pallets to heights of up to 5.3 metres although in most cases 3.5 meters is the norm .
Ideal for small SME's where unloading small quantities of pallets from trucks and storing on pallet racking which may not warrant the expense of a fork lift.
Semi Electric Stackers
This range of pedestrian stackers have electric lift only, all positioning of the truck is done manually as you would with a conventional pallet truck.
These stackers are only suitable for lifting Euro pallets or pallets with no cross boards. The electric lift is operated by pushing a leaver on the control deck, forward or back to lift or lower the forks. Lift heights vary from 1600mm to 3000mm depending on the model selected.
All models are equipped with battery level indicator, emergency stop and parking brake. The charging process is carried using the remote battery charger which is connected to the stacker through a charging plug on the control deck. Once full battery charge is achieved the battery charger will automatically stop the charging process.

Manual Stackers
- Manual stackers suitable for load capacity of 1000kg and lifting heights up to 1600mm, although models are available with lifting heights up to 3000mm the amount of hand pumping required for this height of lift is excessive.
- Used for narrow isles and confined areas with fixed legs for open boarded pallets (euro) and skids only.
- Fold away hydraulic foot pump for raising loads.
- Two swivel and two fixed wheels provide four wheel support for heavy loads.
