The Standard Eurolift Order picking trolleys are available in 2 or 3 shelf models . These robust trolleys can be manufactured to customer requirements
Manufactured from heavy duty mild steel tube these trolleys are fully enclosed on either end with 25mm x 25mm weldmesh,while the rear side of the upper shelf has a 150mm high mesh to prevent items from falling.
The trolley is designed using 6 wheel configuration 2 x fixed and 4 swivel which enables the trolley to spin around within its own length for operating in narrow racking isles. This wheel arrangement also allows good straight line movement even when loaded unevenly.

Retail Stock Trolley
Our 500 kg capacity stock trolley is well known within the retail sector to be a most reliable and efficient trolley for restocking shelves.
The end frames of this trolley have been extended to protect staff and customers from the castors as in many cases the user will operate the trolley in close proximity to customers.
All the framework is fully welded from various cross sections of heavy duty tubing.
As these trolleys are manufactured in house we offer the customer the option to have the trolley customised to their specification .
Standard colour is Brown as shown however we can powder coat any colour if requested.

Internet Order Picking Trolley
This new picking trolley was specially designed for internet orders,warehouses and packaging.
- The trolley accommodates 8 x 600mm x 400mm tote bins. A compartment for clip boards, pens and bar-code readers is provided at the handle end 120mm x 120mm x 400mm.
- The trolley is fitted with multi grip handle areas for ease of manoeuvring
- Castors fitted are 4 x 125mm grey non marking swivel castors.
- The trolley also has 4 x rotating buffers on the corners to prevent damage to doors and walls
- Standard finish powder coated grey however a full range of colours are available upon request.

This trolley was specifically designed for the banking sector and has proven itself through of years of usage to be both Robust and user friendly.
Each shelf has a weldmesh surround to prevent bags falling , the top shelf mesh is 150mm high while the lower shelf mesh is 90mm high
Rotating bumpers and bumper bars manufactured from soft grey non marking rubber prevent damage to doors and walls.
The trolley has a handle on either end and is fitted with a 6 wheel tilt configuration for maximum manoeuvrability and to allow ease of access to vaults.
Castors are Blue non marking 125mm diameter, 2 x fixed in the centre of the base frame and swivel wheels in corners.
Finished powder coated slate grey.
